  • 摘要: 花粉形态具有物种特异性,为花粉识别的关键属性。花粉的精确识别可为植物分类、物种演化、花粉传递网络等方面研究提供重要基础信息。本研究采集了滇西北香格里拉区域高山草甸群落36科92属135个植物物种的花粉,归纳总结了花粉的提取、测量和特征描述方法。首次结合光学显微镜荧光和亮场成像用于描述花粉形态特征,且绘制了完备的花粉图像库。我们使用多因素分析对花粉形态特征进行贡献值排序,进而建立了定距式花粉检索表,以达到准确且快速鉴定花粉的目的。本研究为区域的群落传粉生态学, 尤其是群落花粉网络传递等研究建立基础花粉库提供了完整的方法和结果参考。

     

    Abstract: Pollen morphology is highly specific to each species, making it a crucial characteristic for pollen identification. Accurately identifying pollen is essential for various studies on plant classification, species evolution, and pollen transfer networks. In this study, we present the methods for pollen extraction, measurement, and feature description of pollen collected from 135 plant species belonging to 92 genera in 36 families in alpine meadow communities in the Shangri-La region of northwest Yunnan. To describe the morphological characteristics of pollen, we utilized optical microscopy fluorescence and bright-field imaging, which had not been previously employed. Furthermore, we created a comprehensive pollen image library. To prioritize the contribution values of pollen morphological features, we employed Multiple factor analysis and established a given-distance pollen retrieval table. This table enables accurate and rapid identification of pollen. Our study provides a valuable resource for establishing a fundamental pollen library for research on regional community pollination ecology, particularly in the context of pollen network transfer within the community.
