The Comparative Studies on Antibacterial Activities of Extracts by Different Extracting Solvents from the Syzygium buxifolium Leaves

  • 摘要: 对经过不同极性提取剂处理的赤楠叶提取物进行抗菌实验,结果表明:极性较大的提取剂所获得的提取物有较强的抗菌活性,其中水提物、水提醇沉物和醇提物对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌、普通变形杆菌、八叠球菌等均有较强的抑菌活性,以水提物尤为突出。

     

    Abstract: Antibacterial experiments of the extracts from Syzygium buxifolium leaves by different extracting solvents showed that the extracts by the higher polarity solutions had the higher antibacterial activities. Among those extracts, water-extract, water-extraction and alcohol precipitation, alcohol extracts had strong antibacterial activities against Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis,Escherichia coli,Proteus vulgaris and Sarcina lutea.Water-extract was especially outstanding.
