水松叶的总黄酮含量研究

Study on the Total Flavonoids Content in Leaves of Glyptostrobus pensilis

  • 摘要: 杉科植物水松(Glyptostrobuspensilis(Staunt.)Koch.)叶中含有丰富的黄酮类化合物。采用分光光度法,以芦丁为标准品,测定秋季和春季的水松叶中总黄酮的含量。结果显示,水松叶秋季总黄酮含量比春季总黄酮含量高。
    Abstract: Glyptostrobus pensilis is rich of flavonoids compounds. Flavonoids in leaves was determined by UV spectrophotometry with rutin as a standard. The results indicated that the content of total flavonoids in autumn is higher than its in spring.
