木本植物导管长度分布规律研究新方法

A NEW METHOD OF STUDY ON VESSEL LENGTH DISTRIBUTION OF WOODY PLANTS

  • 摘要: 从理论上推导出以着色导管数计算导管长度的关系式,为注入颜料法测定植物导管长度分布规律提供了理论基础;并推导出导管长度分布规律,以及着色导管数与样品长度关系。以香樟(散孔材)、梧桐(环孔材)为试材,研究了导管长度分布规律,实验结果与理论结果完全一致,表明理论推导和实验结果是可靠的

     

    Abstract: In this paper,the functional relation between number of colored vessel and vessel length is derived from a theoretical model.It has been given the theoretical basis of forced paint method that used to study vessel length distribution.The vessel length distribution regularity is derived from a theoretical model.The stems of Cinnamomum camphora (L.)Paesl and Firiana simplex are employed with the forced paint method described by Zimmermann et al .The results from experiment are the same as the result from theoretical model.This shows that the results and conclusion are reliable.
