AN INVESTIGATION ON THE PTERIDOPHYTES IN GUNIUJIANG NATURAL RESERVE OF SOUTH ANHUI

  • In the paper, 104 species including varieties and forms belonging to 54 genera and 26 families of pteridophyte are reported from Guniujiang natural reserve, where is situated in the south of Anhui Province, between Qimen and Shitai County, 30°00′—30°05′N. lat. and 117°23′—117°33′ E. long. The floristic aspect of these pteridophytes is preliminary analyzed and they are divided into 12 areal tpyes, the Eastern Asian and Sinoendemic are the principal areal type. The floristic aspect of pteridophytes in Guuiujiang region and their relation in contact with Huangshan, Jiubuashan, Qiyunshan, Lushan and Wuyishan, Dinghushan, Qinling regions as well as with the regionalization of chinese flora are discussed. The relation of ecological enveroment and distri bution of pteridophytes in Guniujiang natural reserve is also discussed.
