Newly recorded Monoraphidales (Bacillariophyta) species in Jiuzhaigou Valley, China

摘要: 在四川省九寨沟自然保护区进行硅藻多样性调查时,发现单壳缝目硅藻的5个中国新记录种,隶属于3个属,分别为菲斯特曲丝藻Achnanthidium pfisteri Lange-Bertalot、罗森斯托克曲丝藻Achnanthidium rosenstockii(Lange-Bertalot) Lange-Bertalot、齐格勒片状藻Platessa ziegleri(Lange-Bertalot) Lange-Bertalot、劳恩堡沙生藻Psammothidium lauenburgianum(Hustedt) Bukhtiyarova&Round和苏格兰沙生藻Psammothidium scoticum Bukhtiyarova&Round。利用光学显微镜(LM)及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对这5个种进行了仔细观察,并对其形态分类学特征和生境进行了详细描述。Abstract: Based on a diatom diversity investigation in Jiuzhaigou Valley Natural Reserve,five species of Monoraphidales (Bacillariophyta) are reported as new records in China,namely Achnanthidium pfisteri Lange-Bertalot,Achnanthidium rosenstockii(Lange-Bertalot) Lange-Bertalot,Platessa ziegleri(Lange-Bertalot) Lange-Bertalot,Psammothidium lauenburgianum(Hustedt) Bukhtiyarova&Round,and Psammothidium scoticum Bukhtiyarova&Round.The microstructures of these five species were observed using LM and SEM,and their taxonomic characters and habitats were described here in detail.
