Abstract:
Taking NT as the basic medium, the effect of different concentrations of organic affixture on the growth of adventitious root and accumulation of secondary metabolites were studied in
Tripterygium wilfordii. The results showed that the optimal NT medium component of inositol and VB1 was the best standard not only for the growth of adventitious root, but also for the accumulation of total alkaloid and triptolide. The adventitious root increment was significantly improved by other organic affixtures including 1 mg/L niacin, 1 mg/L VB6, and 5 mg/L glycine. Total alkaloid content was significantly improved by 0.5 mg/L niacin and 0.5 mg/L biotin, 1 mg/L VB6, 1 mg/L glycine and 1 mg/L folate. The test of 0.5 mg/L glycine, 1 mg/L VB6, 1 mg/L folate and 1 mg/L biotin were the highest for triptolide content.
