二氧化硫对蚕豆叶片H2O2累积和膜脂过氧化的影响

THE ACCUMULATION OF HYDROGEN PEROXIDE FUMIGATED WITH SULFUR DIOXIDE In RELATION TOLIPID PEROXIDATION IN LEAVES OF FABA BEAN,VICIA FABA L.

  • 摘要: 对经SO2熏气处理后,蚕豆叶片中H2O2的累积与膜脂过氧化关系进行了研究。低浓度SO2(0.05、0.10ppm)处理引起叶片中H2O2轻微累积,膜脂过氧化程度较低;较高浓度SO2(0.80、0.50ppm)引起H2O2含量急剧增加,同时膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛含量也迅速增加。回归分析结果表明,SO2处理蚕豆叶片H2O2含量(x)与丙二醛含量(y)存在极显著的线性关系:y=3.5298+0.0163x,r=0.9397.

     

    Abstract: A dynamic fumigation system was used to study the relationship of the accumulation of hydrogen peroxide and lipid peroxidation after sulfur dioxide fumigation.SO2 concentration were 0.5,0.3,0.1,0.05 ppm and control(unfiltered air)respectively.With lower SO2 concentrtion(0.1,0.05 ppm),there were less accnmulation of H2O2 and the lipid peroxidation were lower,while with higher SO2 concentration(0.5,0.3ppm),the H2O2 accumulated sharply, and the lipid peroxidation was higher.Regression analysis indicated a significant positive relation between H2O2 content and MDAcontent.
