多倍体植物中基因表达模式的变化

Changes of Gene Expression Pattern in Polyploid Plants

  • 摘要: 植物杂交和多倍化能导致基因组结构发生变化,并显著影响了基因表达,因此认为杂交和多倍化是促进植物进化的一个重要力量。近些年大量的研究表明植物多倍化后基因表达模式发生了复杂的改变,包括基因沉默、基因表达的基因组偏向性及组织特异性、基因激活等现象,本文对这些现象及其特点和机制进行了综述。

     

    Abstract: Hybridization and polyploidy may trigger changes in genome structure and cause widespread alterations in gene expression.Thus,hybridization and succedent polyploidy is a prominent and significant process in plant evolution.Many studies have demonstrated that the complicated changes in gene expression always occurred after polyploidization,including gene silencing,genomic bias and tissue-specific expression of some genes,and gene activation,etc.In this review,we summarized the characteristics of the changes of gene expression in polyploid plants and their molecular mechanisms.
