Effects of NaCl Stress on the Inorganic Ion Contents in Atriplex undulata Roots and Leaves

  • 摘要: 用不同浓度的NaCl溶液处理滨藜(Atriplex undulata)植株后发现:100mmol/LNaCl促进滨藜地上部及根部生物量积累,高于100mmol/LNaCl时,抑制其生长。各部位的Na+和Cl-含量随着NaCl浓度的升高明显增加。NaCl处理下,叶片的Na+和Cl-含量高于根部,幼叶高于老叶,且叶片的K+(除500mol/LNaCl处理的老叶外),根部的K+、Ca2+和NO3-无显著变化。叶片的Na/K比随NaCl浓度的升高而增加,但较高浓度时下降(在老叶中)或维持稳定(在幼叶中)。随着处理浓度的增加,各部位对K+的选择性(相对于Na+)增加,渗透调节能力增强,渗透势降低。另外,还讨论了滨藜对盐渍生境的适应特征。

     

    Abstract: Atriplex undulata were treated with different concentrations of NaCl solutions. The results were as follows: The biomass of shoots and roots was enhanced by the treatment of 100 mmol/L NaCl solutions., but it was inhibi- ted by higher NaCl concentrations.The Na+ and Cl- contents of different parts increased evidently with increasing NaCl concentrations; those in leaves higher than those in roots, and those in young leaves higher than those in old leaves under NaCl treatments. No significant changes in the contents of K+ in leaves (except old leaves treated with 500 mmol/L NaCl) and K+, Ca 2+ and NO3- in roots were found. Na/Kratios in leaves increased with increasing NaCl concentrations under lower salt concentrations (0~300 mmol/L NaCl) , but they decreased ( in old leaves) or remained relatively stable ( in young leaves ) under higher salt concentrations (400~500 mmol/L NaCl). The selectivity of K+ over Na+ and the ability of osmotic adjustment dramatically increased while osmotic potential decreased with increasing NaCl concentrations. Furthermore, the characterized adaptability to diffrent salt environments of Atriplex undulata was discussed.
