Analysis of Biochemical Composition of Nostoc sphaeroides

摘要: 测定了葛仙米的生化组成,结果表明,葛仙米的蛋白、氨基酸和总糖含量分别为28.38%、23.35%和24.19%;灰分和粗脂肪的含量分别为14.63%和5.34%;还含有较为丰富的粗脂肪和无机元素,特别是钙、铁元素的含量较高.

Abstract: The biochemical composition of Nostoc sphaeroides was analysed. The results indicated that protein, total amino acid and total carbohydrate content are 28.38%,23.35%, 24.19%, respectively. The ash and crude fat are 14.63% and 5.34%, and much Fe and Ca element are included in Nostoc sphaeroides.
