Studies on Photosynthetic Inorganic Carbon Utilization of Ulothrix sp.

  • 摘要: 丝藻pH补偿点为9.2,表明其具有较低的CO2补偿点;不同pH值下丝藻光合作用放氧速率明显大于理论上从HCO-3脱水来的CO2供应速率,表明其具有利用HCO2-的能力;未检测到丝藻有胞外碳酸酐酶活性,胞内碳酸酐酶的活性随培养液中CO2浓度的升高而降低。
    Abstract: Photosynthetic inorganic carbon utilization of Ulothrix sp.had been investigated.The results showed that pHcompensation point of Ulothrix sp.was 9.2,which suggested lower CO2 compensation point in Ulothrix sp.Photosynthetic O2 evolution was higher than theoretical CO2 supply rate from HCO3- dehydration in different pH,which implied Ulothrix sp.can utilize HCO3-.Extracellular CAactivity of Ulothrix sp.was not found,but intracellular CAactivity was decreased with increased CO2 levels.
