Abstract:
In order to study the biosynthesized α-APC and β-APC,chromoprotein PCB-ApcA and PCB-ApcB was obtained by
in vivo reconstitution in
Escherichia coli,and was shown through the absorption spectra and the fluorescence spectra.A plasmid containing
apcA and
apcB was constituted by inserting this two genes in the duet vector with two multiple clone sites separately.Chromoprotein PCB-ApcA and PCB-ApcB could be biosynthesized
in vivo simultaneously in
E.coli.Through
in vivo reconstitution of multiple combinations,(α
APCβ
APC)
3 could be detected in the cell and α
APCβ
APC in the supernatant.
