管花马兜铃化学成分的研究

STUDIES ON THE CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF ARISTOLOCHIA TUBIFLORA DUNN

  • 摘要: 从管花马兜铃中分得马兜铃酸-A,7-甲氧基马兜铃酸-A,马兜铃内酰胺-β-D-葡萄糖甙,尿囊素和Eupomatenoid-7。

     

    Abstract: In the present paper, five compounds have been isolated from the root of Aristolochia tubiflora Dunn and identified as aristolochic acid-A(Ⅰ), 7-methoxyaristolochic acid-A(Ⅱ), aristololactam-β-D-glucoside(Ⅲ), allantoin(Ⅳ) and eupomatenoid-7 (Ⅴ) by means of spectral analysis and in comparison with authentic samples, Compound(Ⅴ)was isolated first time from Aristolochia tubiflora Dunn.
