Dimorphococcopsis Jao——A Genus of Freshwater Chlorococcales(Chlorophyta) Newly Recorded from China

摘要: 1959年,饶钦止根据W.B.Crow对费氏双形藻(Dimorphococcus fritschii Crow)的描述及模式图,认为其集结体结构为复合原始集结体,与双形藻属的其他种类不同,应另建立一新属,命名为拟双形藻属(Dimorphococcopsis Jao),但该属的模式种当时在中国并未发现。2004年,作者在深圳清林径水库采集到了费氏拟双形藻[Dimorphococcopsis fritschii (Crow)Jao]。这一物种在中国为第一次报道。

Abstract: In 1959,according to W.B.Crow’s original diagnosis and figures of Dimorphococcus fritschii Crow,C.C.Jao considered its coenobium structure to be compound protocoenobium,which is different from that eucoenobium of other species within Genus Dimorphococcus.Therefore,he established a new genus,named Dimorphoccopsis.But the type species had not been found in China up to that date.In 2004,we collected Dimorphococcopsis fritschii(Crow) Jao from Qinglinjing Reservoir in Shenzhen.This study represents its first report in China.
