  • Isozyme divergence was studied during the period of embryo genesis in Doritis pulcherrima Lindl.Some isozyme loci were always expressed in the whole research phrase,such as Est-2,Est-4,AAT-3.As the global embryo formed,Est-1 and Est-3 disappeared,however,Pgi-3 only presented at the zygote stage.This isozyme variety implies that the zygote formed dependant on the expression of the sequence gene.
