  • AFLP technique was firstly used to analyse three varieties of Siraitia grosvenori (Swingle) C.Jeffrey ex Lu et Z.Y.Zhang.In the experiment,two primer combinations were selected;one of the primer pairs was screened for generating fingerprints,and the other were screened for seedling sex discrimination combine with quantitative characters.A gist for variety was offered and a method for discriminating the seedling sex was set up.
