  • This paper reported 9 species and 1 variety of Cymbellaceae(Bacillariophyta) newly recorded in China. They are Cymbella neocistula var.lunata Krammer,Cymbella subcistula Krammer,Encyonema paucistriatum(Cleve-Euler) Mann,Encyonema vulgare Krammer,Cymbopleura acuta(Schmidt) Krammer,Cymbopleura anglica(Lagerstedt) Krammer,Cymbopleura linearis(Foged) Krammer,Cymbopleura stauroneiformis(Lagerstedt) Krammer,Cymbopleura tynnii(Krammer) Krammer.Encyonopsis amphioxys(Kützing) Liu et Shi.Of these species,Encyonopsis amphioxys(Kützing) Liu et Shi is a new combination. All of them were collected from Da’erbin lake and swamps around it in Daxing’anling Mountains. These species were observed with LM,some of them were observed with SEM,and their taxonomic characters and habitats were described.
