  • By applying orthogonal designed experiment L9(34) in tissue culture of Disanthus cercidifola var.longipes H.T.Chang,effects of 6-BA,NAA,GA on its shoot growth rate were studied in this papper.The results indicate that the best combination of the plant regulators for shoot growth was 6-BA 0.5 mg·L-1 + GA 1.0 mg·L-1.Factor BA influenced the shoot growth significantly(p≤0.01),and differences among the three concentration levels were remarkable significant(p<0.01).
