  • Choosing 11 ground covers as experimental and introductory materials,the authors studied several quantitative and qualitative indexes of shade-resistance in this paper.The results show that all 11 plants can be divided into 3 groups:(1)3 plants have strong shade-resistance;(2)3 plants have weak shade-resistance;(3)5 plants have half shade-resistance.All 11 plants are suitable for being spreaded in Wuhan areas,The measuring methods and indexes were compared and discussed as well in this paper.
