  • The triglycerides of the three oils were separated and analysed by means of high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Separation and analysis showed LLL, LLO, LLP, OLO and PLO are predominant among 13 molecular species of triglycerides in soybean oil; OLO, LLO and PLO are predominant among 14 triglycerides in peanut oil; LLO, OLO, POO and LLL are predominant among 11 triglycerides in sesame oil.
