  • The tissue culture of Berchemiella wilsonii(Schneid.) Nakai var.pubipetiolata H.Qian was studied.The stem apex was used as explants and several kinds of MS media with different hormone combinations were tested in the experiment.The result showed that the optical media for the inducement of bud was 1/2 MS+6-BA(0.5 mg/L+)NAA 0.05 mg/L,the beneficial media for seedling growth was MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L.
