  • Four species of Cephalotaxaceae were analyzed using random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD)markers.Eighty primers from 4 Operon kits were screened by RAPD,while 14 selected primers were able to produce clear polymorphic patterns.The results generated by using UPGMA algorithm to cluster genetic distance calculated from RAPD data imply that it is reasonable to establish the Sect. Cephalotaxus and Sect. Pectinatae in Cephalotaxaceae.
