  • The chemical constituent of Xinjiang cumin oil by super critical CO2 fluid extraction technique was analyzed.The mostly constituents of cumin oil by super critical CO2 fluid extraction technique is consistent with that from steam distillation.Furthermore the yields and aromatic character are much better than the cumin oil by way of traditions steam distillation.
