  • The floristic phytogeographical features of the ferns and fern allies in the Mt.Dabie are discussed.The results are as follows:The pteridophytic flora comprises 142 species,67 genera, 29 families.Some phylogenically higher taxa including Dryopteridaceae,Polypodiaceae and Athyriaceae etc.constitute the demonstrative composition of the flora.The elements in the flora are from different floras but most similar to the floral elements in Mt.Qinling and Mt.Huangshan flora.The results support Ching Renchang's view that the pteridophyte floristics in Mt.Dabie of Henan Province should be classified into Central and East Chinese fern flora.
