  • The floral morphology of nine species of the genus Phyllostachys, P.angusta,P.atrovaginata,P.fimbriligula,P.mannii,P.propinqua,P.robustiramea,P.rubicunda,P.rutila,and P.tianmuensis are described and supplemented for the first time,and a detailed description of floral character of P.makinoi is provided based on some reliable flowering specimens of this species.
