Measurement of Self-incompatible by Fluoroscope Observation in Non-heading Chinese Cabbage

The self-incompatibility(SI)in non-heading Chinese cabbage was measured by compatible index and fluoroscope observation methods.Results through two methods were coincided.Under fluoroscope callus was obviously observed on the style,which was a symbol of the SI reaction.The fluoroscope observation with more convenience and accuracy can be applied in breeding of non-heading Chinese cabbage.
