  • The chromosome numbers and karyotypes of 5 species in Lilium L.from Jilin Province were studie.The result shows①Lilium dauricum Ker.Gawl.2n=24=2m(2SAT)+2sm(2SAT)+8st(2SAT)+ 12t(2SAT);②L.concolor Salisb.Var.buschianum (Lodd.)Baker2n= 24= 2m(2SAT)+4sm(4SAT)+6st(2SAT)+12t;③L.davidii Duch.Var.unicolor (Hoog)Co Hon, 2n=24=2m(2SAT)+2sm+4st(2SAT)+14t+2T;④L.amabile Palib.2n=24=2m+2sm(2SAT)+10st(4SAT)+10t;⑤L.lancifolium Thunb.2n (3x) =36= 6m+ 12sm+12st(ISAT)+6t.At the same time,the characteristics of the karyotypes and relationships of these species are discussed in the paper, among them the chromosome karyotypes of②,③ and ④ are reported firstly.
