  • Using the young stem, leaf, and leaf-stalk of TBSalvia miltiorrhiza Bunge as the explants, the induction and multiplication of bush-bud and adventitious bud, rooting induction and transplanting are systematically studied, a series of practical propagation techniques of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge in vitro are developed. The results showed: MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L is most suitable for induction of bush-bud with the 100% rate of induction , its best multiplication medium is MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.01 mg/L with 15 times of breeding;MS+6-BA 0.5-(2.0 mg/L) is better for inducing adventitious-bud, on which its rate of induction is 100%, its best multiplication medium is MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L with 24 times of breeding;the better medium for rooting induction is 1/2MS+0.1 mg/L IBA,seedlings should be cultured several days by water before by soil, the 100% living rate of seedling can be obtained.
