  • The tissue culture of Echinocodon lobophyllus Hong was studied. The nodes were used as explants and several kinds of MS media with different hormone combinations were tested in the test. The result showed that the optical media for rapid propagation was MS+6-BA 0.2-1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L, the beneficial media for plant growth was MS+6-BA 0.2-1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L+PP333 3-5 mg/L, and the MS media supplement with IBA 0.5 mg/L could promote the root to form.
