  • Plant tissue culture methods of Fritillaria puqiensis were established.Various combinations of phytohormones were tested in the cultured F.puqiensis,and the best culture condition was revealed.In addition,soluble sugar,starch,amylase activity,phenylalanine ammonia lyase(PAL) activity and alkaloid content during bulb organogenesis of F.puqiensis were also determined.
