  • By reversed-phase HPLC to determine the content of gastrodin in different varieties Gastrodiae elata collected with different dates from Hubei GAP cultivation habitat,and at the same investigating the ecological condition and yields.The results indicated that G.elata grew fast from May to Sep.,in Nov.it nearly stop growing and the yield was heaviest,and the peak of gastrodin was in Nov.or Dec.So the optimum harvest period of black G.elata,red black G.elata,black red G.elata from Xingshan and red G.elata from Guangshui were in Nov.,and red G.elata from Xingshan was in Dec.
