  • One ligana, (1R, 2S, 5R, 6S)-2, 6-Bis(3, 4, 5-trimethoxy phenyl)-3, 7-dioxan-bicyclo [3, 3, 0] Octane(Ⅰ), was isolated from the root of Zanthoxylum stenophyllum Hemsl. The structure elucidation was mainly based on spectral data (Ⅰ), named as Yangambin, was first isolated from Piper gineeuse, and it is the first time to obtaine Yangambin from Zanthoxylum spp. source.
