  • Based on the known data and on the field survey, the composition and distribution types of Bryophytes in Qinling Mountain were analyzed. There were about 270 species of Hepaticae and Anthocerotae belonging to 66 generas and 35 families. The representative families were Lepidoziaceae,Jungermannia-ceae,Lophoziaceae,Scapaniaceae,Lophocoleaceae,Plagiochilaceae,Porellaceae,Frullaniaceae,Lejeuneaceae and Aytoniaceae. The main genera were Lepidozia,Bazzania,Jungermannia,Lophozia,Scapania,Plagiochila,Radula,Porella,Frullania,Lejeunea. With regard to the elements of the mossflora of Qinling Mountain, the Holarctic elements were the most important and the East-Asiatic,Trop-Asia and Endemic to China were also abundant there.Single species in one genus and single genus in one family were rich.It shows that the composition of Bryophytes in this area was relatively simple and the extent of differentiation is not high. The relationship of the mossflora between Qinling Mountain and other 5 regions in China was also analyzed.
