Abstract
The field experiments were carried out to investigate the effects of different plant growth regulators(PGRs)on assimilation and sugar accumulation in soybean leaves. The results show that Choline Chloride(Cc) significantly reduced the contents of soluble protein in pod skin of soybean from spraying 5th to 40th day,SOD simulation material(SODM) had markedly enhanced the contents of free amino acids(FAA) in pod husks, and the same as diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate(DTA-6) common raised NO3-N-contents of the pod husks. In the spraying from the 10th to 30th day,SODM increased the output of starch, and soluble sugar and sucrose accumulation were significantly higher than that of CK,followed by DTA-6.The above results indicated that it was effective to increase the accumulation of carbohydrates of its pod husks, maintained the metabolic level of percutaneous assimilation, and effectively controled the output and accumulation process of starch by spraying SODM and DTA-6.
