  • In allelocchemicals researches, the fat-soluble components causing allelopathy in natural ecological environment or not is still controversial as a result of limited concepts and experimental methods.Actually, the current bioassay methods of fat-soluble components have lots of disadvantages, which directly affect the validity and accuracy of allelopathical experiments.Plant allelopathy occurs in the complex ecosystem,we can not ignore the allelopathy of fat-soluble substances subjectively along with allelopathy mechanism is attracting the attention of more and more researchers. Therefore,it is urgent to establish a platform of wide components selection of allelopathy activity to elucidate the allelopathy mechanism of the molecular chemistry, enzyme and gene regulation.
