  • Peroxidase isoenzymes of D.lotus Linn and nine persimmon local varieties of Hunan have been analyzed by means of polyacrylamid gel perpendicular plate type electrophoresis. According to similarity coefficients of the isoenzyne zymograms,fuzzy cluster analysis was done Types of D.lotus and nine persimmon local varieties are divided and the relationship among the types is discussed. Bingtang persimmon, Binglang persimmon and Diospyros Linn are thought as the pyimeval type, other four types are the evolutionary type But they and Bingtang persimmon have close relationship.
