  • The chemical constituents of essential oil from A. fargesii Franch. leaves were compared with authentic samples on GC and analyzed by GC/MS/DS technique. Among the 225 constituents separated, 43 components were identified, which make up 94.15% of total oil. The major components are α-pinene(13.25%), limonene (10.82%), caryophyllene(10.75%), camphene (10.40%), bornyl acetate (6.9%), γ-cadinene (6.28%), α-humulene(3.97%), santene (3.52%), ledol(3.02%), α-muurolene (2.76%), β-bisabolol(2.5%)and α-nerolidol (2.54%), etc.
