  • Dayaoshan is the largest mountain in the east-center of Guangxi, located between latitudes 23°41′—24°24′N and longitudes 109°50′—110°27′E, occupied about 3000 square kilometres, Dayaoshan area is botanically well-known for its high species diversity, This paper studies the gymnosperm flora of Dayaoshan. The flora contains 21 wild taxa of 6 families which belong to 5 elements——East Asia, East Asia to North America, Subtropic to the North Temperate Zone, Tropic to Subtropic and China endemic, It is a subtropical flora with tropical and temperate elements. The paper also discusses the distribution of some main gymnosperm species in Dayaoshan.
