More Information
  • Received Date: November 11, 1991
  • Revised Date: December 31, 1899
  • Published Date: March 22, 1993
  • In the preceding paper in this series about 3 families, 25 genera and 88 species were recorded for the first time from Hainan Island. Five papers are based primarily on material collected by Z. X. Li et F. W. Xing from the Island in 1984 to 1990, with some records based on earlier collections. The present paper increases the flora of Hainan by 4 additional genera and 8 additional species. The genera new to Hainan are Lepidium, sedum, Bothriospermum and Juncus. All the voucher specimens of the present study are preserved in Herbarium of South China Institute of Botany. Academia Sinica.
