  • From 1985 to 1990, the author was invited to the lotus garden at Modesto, California, the U. S. as the director of that garden. One hundred and twenty five cultivars of lotus had been selected and bred during that period. Basic situation of the Modesto Lotus Garden and a list of its lotus cultivars are included in this paper.
