  • The wild Lemna minor L. was cultured without bacterium indoors,the effect that Lemna minor L.was disinfected with 0.04% HgCl2 in more large range of time is the best. Under the same cultural condition,the speed of reproduction and vegetative growth of Lemna minor L.is quicker than that of Lemna paucicostata 6746,but Lemna minor L.is no sensible to the reaction on the photoperiod.
