  • Using DNA pooling,we established RAPD optimal conditions for Cucurbita through the orthogonal optimization method.With the founded system,7 primers were selected form 35 primers to analyze 7 cultivars of C.moschata Duch,C.maxima Duch and C.ficifolia Bouche.The results showed that there were many polymorphic sites among the cultivars.The cultivar Riben Nangua had the distinct bands of C.moschata and C.maxima at the same time,and the results of cluster analysis showed it was near with C.moschata.
