  • This paper, in the view point of geobotany, is a brief introduction to the studies on the combination and distribution of the vegetation forms of the Xiling Gorge Region in Hubei Province.The vegetation forms of this region discussing in the paper include 5 vegetation types, 9 formation classes, 15 formation groups and 46 formations of the natural vegetation, and one vegetation type, 2 formation classes, 5 formation groups and 8 formations of the artificial vegetation.
