  • This test, which used three kinds of cytokinins combined with 0.10 mg/L NAA, studied the effects of different concentrations of cytokinins on shoot propagation and growth of Petunia hybrida. The test researched the effects of auxins IBA and NAA on shoot rooting too. The (results) indicated that the suitable media for P. hybrida test shoot propagation are (1)MS+(1.60 mg/L) 6-BA+0.10 mg/L NAA; (2)MS+0.80 mg/L 6-BA+1.60 mg/L KT+0.10 mg/L NAA; (3)MS+0.80 mg/L 6-BA+0.20 mg/L Ad+0.10 mg/L NAA; (4)MS+1.60 mg/L (KT+)0.20 mg/L Ad+0.10 mg/L NAA. While the suitable media for test shoot rooting are ((1)1/2 MS); (2)1/2 MS+0.20 mg/L IBA;(3)1/2 MS+0.20 mg/L NAA.
