Study on Chemical Components of Petroleum Ether Fraction of Alcohol Extract from the Leaves of Cunninghamia lanceolata Hook.

  • The petroleum ether fractions of ethanol extract from the leaves of Cunninghamia lanceolata Hook.was analyzed by the capillary GC-MS method.Thirty-eight components were isolated,and thirty-six of them were identified.The identified occupied 98.06% of all.2-hydroxy-1,3-propanediyl octadecanoic acid ester(16.929%),heptacosane(15.178%),2-(octadecyloxy)ethyl hexadecanoic acid ester((11.038%)),1-heptatriacotanol(6.877%) and oleic acid(6.531%)accounted for most of them.The main components were saturated fatty acid esters(33.834%) and hydrocarbon(22.031%).
