Study on Chemical Components of Petroleum Ether Fraction of Alcohol Extract from the Leaves of Cunninghamia lanceolata Hook.

The petroleum ether fractions of ethanol extract from the leaves of Cunninghamia lanceolata Hook.was analyzed by the capillary GC-MS method.Thirty-eight components were isolated,and thirty-six of them were identified.The identified occupied 98.06% of all.2-hydroxy-1,3-propanediyl octadecanoic acid ester(16.929%),heptacosane(15.178%),2-(octadecyloxy)ethyl hexadecanoic acid ester((11.038%)),1-heptatriacotanol(6.877%) and oleic acid(6.531%)accounted for most of them.The main components were saturated fatty acid esters(33.834%) and hydrocarbon(22.031%).
