  • According to investigation and statistics,there are 117 liverworts belonging to 48 genera in 28 families in Huangshan Mt.,which located in the south of Anhui province.The predominant families are Lejeuneaceae,Plagiochilaceae,Porellaceae and Frullaniaceae;predominant genera are Frullania,Plagiochila,Porella,Bazzania,Lejeunea.Based on the analysis of geographic elements of species,the result shows the Tropical elements and the East Asiatic element are dominant,accounting for about 40% and 39.09% of the whole liverwort flora respectively,and the proportion of the temperate element is 20%.Nowellia aciliata(P.C.Chen & P.C.Wu)Mizut.and Neotrichocolea bissetii(Mitt.)S.Hatt.were inclu-ded in the red list of Chinese endangered bryophytes.
