  • The 5Sr DNA spacer,the internal trans cribed spacer(ITS) and thein tergeni cspacer(IGS) in nuclea rirbosome DNA,which are with fast evolutionary ratio and frequently used in phylogenetic research,can provide abundantphylogenetic infor mative sitesand bevery usefulto solve the problemsin the phylogenet icrelationshipsator below thelevel of genusin plants.In thisreview,we summarized the charateristics of 5S rDNA spacerand IGS and their utilizationsin phylogenetic study ofplants.
