  • Qingliangfeng Nature Conservation (QNC) is an important part of the Tianmu mountains. The basic floristic characteristics are as follows: 1) The floristic elements are comparatively rich. 2) The flora is ancient origin, with rich relic elements. 3) The new records of the floristic elements from Anhui are comparatively rich.In this region, the genera of seed plants of temperate distributional patterns make up 62.96%, taking a predominated position, and the genera of tropical distributional patterns make up 33.6%. The results show: The flora of this region has the characteristics of the subtropical flora and the floristic geographical elements are complex.By means of contrasting and analysing the shared species of the floristic elements between QNC and the adjacent regions, the results show: This region is the closest to the floristic region of East China. Hance, the flora of QNC should belong to the typical Flora of East China.By analysis of the floristic relationships between QNC and adjacent mountains the similarity coefficients between this regional flora and Mt. West-Tianmu, Mt. Huangshan, Mt. Tiantangzhai of Dabie mountains, Mt. Lushan and Mt. Shennongjia are in sequence order of 78.25% 73.65%, 58.66%, 57.22%, 47.29% respectively.
