Analysis of Biochemical Composition of Nostoc sphaeroides

  • The biochemical composition of Nostoc sphaeroides was analysed. The results indicated that protein, total amino acid and total carbohydrate content are 28.38%,23.35%, 24.19%, respectively. The ash and crude fat are 14.63% and 5.34%, and much Fe and Ca element are included in Nostoc sphaeroides.
